Apex Elite does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

• Scheduling: Free coaching calls are booked through our scheduling provider. Information you submit there is handled by that provider and by Apex Elite solely for scheduling and communication related to your appointment.
• Social Media: Links to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube direct you to those platforms, which operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
• Fonts: Our display font is served by Type Network’s hosting service, which receives standard web request data (such as IP address and browser type) when a page loads.

Email Communications

Booking a coaching call does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Marketing emails are only sent to individuals who separately and explicitly opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Children’s Privacy

This website is a general-audience marketing site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Athletes under 18 must have a parent or guardian schedule the initial coaching call and participate in communication as appropriate.

Information shared with Apex Elite during coaching, scheduling, or communication is used solely to:

• maintain safety and compliance.
